不同的印刷條件應有與其印刷條件相適應的工作壓力,在印刷畫冊過程中應對墨量壓力λ、著墨壓力λ和印刷壓力λ進行經常調整。
Different printing conditions should have corresponding working pressure with their printing conditions. In the process of printing picture albums, the ink volume pressure lambda, the inking pressure lambda and the printing pressure lambda should be adjusted frequently.
2.紙帶張力的變化

紙帶張力的變化直接影響套準精度。如果要求套準精度較高,則紙帶張力應相應增加。不過,紙帶張力不能隨意增大,如果紙帶張力過大,則會加劇紙帶的伸縮變形,這將成為影響套準精度的主要因素之一。
The change of tape tension directly affects the alignment accuracy. If higher alignment accuracy is required, the tape tension should be increased accordingly. However, the tension of paper tape can not be increased at will. If the tension of paper tape is too large, it will aggravate the stretching deformation of paper tape, which will become one of the main factors affecting the alignment accuracy.
3.機器精度的變化

機器精度的變化,主要包括以下部位。
The change of machine precision mainly includes the following parts.
(1)印刷滾筒與壓印滾筒的精度。
(1) Accuracy of printing drum and embossing drum.
滾筒軸頸與滾筒體的同心度≤0.01mm;印版滾筒與壓印滾筒的平行度;二滾筒中心距的變化。
The concentricity of cylinder journal and cylinder body is less than 0.01 mm; the parallelism of plate cylinder and impression cylinder; and the change of center distance of two cylinders.
(2)網紋輥的精度

A.網紋輥本身的精度變化
A. Accuracy Change of Reticulated Roller
網穴深的變化。網穴深度一般為0.023~0.03mm,如果網穴清洗不當或表面磨損加大,都會使網穴深度減小,造成傳墨量的不足。
Changes in the depth of the reticulum. Point depth is generally 0.023 ~ 0.03mm. If the hole is not cleaned properly or the surface wear is increased, the hole depth will be reduced, resulting in insufficient ink transmission.
網紋線數的變化。印刷條件發生變化應相應調整網紋線數。
Variation of the number of reticulated lines. When printing conditions change, the number of screen lines should be adjusted accordingly.
網穴粗糙度的變化。當網穴加工不當,其網穴表面較粗糙時,或當印刷中網穴表面被溶劑侵蝕造成表面粗化時,都會影響傳墨效果。
Change of mesh roughness. Ink transfer effect is affected by improper hole processing, rough surface of the hole, or when the surface of the hole is roughened by solvent erosion in printing.
B.網紋輥與印刷印版滾筒和墨斗輥相互位置精度的變化。主要包括中心距的變化和平行度的變化。

(3)墨斗輥的精度變化。

各印刷印版滾筒位置精度的變化;承印材料運行精度的變化;印刷承印材料張力的變化。
