3、運用時，應用攪拌棒將水墨在桶中攪勻，丈量其粘度后倒人墨槽。粘度若過高或過低，可以加稀釋劑或增稠劑進行調理。

4、印刷過程中因為水的蒸發效果，會導致水墨粘度升高和PH值下降，PH值應控制在8.5—9.5之間，若超出此范圍，可用PH安穩劑進行調理，保持粘度和PH值的安穩。

5、一般情況下，水墨極適于手提袋印刷高速印刷，低速印刷時若遇到枯燥速度太快或印刷效果欠安的情況，可增加必定比例的慢干劑。

6、印刷結束后應將剩下水墨搜集回相應的原裝桶中或將墨槽的蓋子蓋嚴，以備下次運用，謹防因為水的蒸發導致水墨表面結膜、變稠乃變干。

7、手提袋印刷后殘留在印刷設置上的墨在其未完全枯燥前可用清水沖刷，無法用清水洗凈的墨可用清洗劑進行清洗。
