1、做過(guò)排版的人們都知道，濟(jì)南印刷廠在處理文字的時(shí)候是不可以選擇文字加粗工具的，這樣就會(huì)造成問(wèn)題的邊緣有重影(中文狀態(tài)下)，如果是在排版的過(guò)程中需要使用比較粗的文字，應(yīng)當(dāng)改為線條較粗的字體，而不是選擇使用文字加粗工具。
1. 3、IIIustrator軟件做好的頁(yè)面如果直接發(fā)排的話速度比較慢，有時(shí)候頁(yè)面的大小也是會(huì)有變化，可以將其存為EPS文件置入pagemaker軟件中發(fā)排，速度相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較快，但是沒(méi)有壓印效果，因此需要根據(jù)頁(yè)面的情況選擇發(fā)排方式。

4、圖像在排版軟件當(dāng)中好不要切割、旋轉(zhuǎn)、縮放。在排版軟件當(dāng)中旋轉(zhuǎn)圖像會(huì)增長(zhǎng)發(fā)排的時(shí)間。在排版軟件當(dāng)中的圖像顯示是粗顯，裁剪、縮小圖像都會(huì)不準(zhǔn)確，且這種裁切、縮小的方式?jīng)]有減少圖像的信息量，是不能縮短發(fā)排的時(shí)間的。在排版軟件當(dāng)中放大圖像的話會(huì)影響圖像質(zhì)量。因此完成圖像的旋轉(zhuǎn)、裁剪、縮放好是在處理圖像軟件當(dāng)中去進(jìn)行。

7、使用PC平臺(tái)進(jìn)行排版軟件發(fā)排進(jìn)行時(shí)，盡可能避免使用下載的字體進(jìn)行輸出，這種情況出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的幾率很高，經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)亂碼的問(wèn)題，應(yīng)該在PC平臺(tái)上和RIP山同時(shí)安裝相同的字庫(kù)才可以。

8、輸出在PC平臺(tái)山使用，用Word軟件制作的頁(yè)面時(shí)，應(yīng)該注意頁(yè)面要為純色頁(yè)面，因?yàn)閃ord軟件制作出的彩色頁(yè)面都是RGB模式的，進(jìn)行發(fā)排打印輸出的時(shí)候會(huì)有一定的問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)，即使在RIP中分色也經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生錯(cuò)誤。
