1. 產生飛墨的緣由

油墨轉移時,在兩個相接觸的墨輥處,纖維物在兩處或兩處以上,被切斷或拉長時產生斷片,因外表張力成為球狀。此時,纖維物與斷片界面存在的雙電層被毀壞,一局部留存在油墨中,另一局部以相反的電荷逸向大氣。當纖維物縮短時,油墨中殘留的電荷逐步堆在墨輥及紙張外表。斷片因帶有和油墨相同的電荷,靠近墨輥或紙張時,被排擠于空中構成飛墨。

2. 影響飛墨的要素

(1)油墨黏渡過大,油墨在墨輥出口處被拉長,易產生飛墨,同時還會構成傳墨不勻,使紙張拔毛脫粉,紙張從橡皮布上剝離艱難,易花版、掉版等;黏渡過小,墨層團結不佳,易產生飛墨,同時易使油墨乳化,起浮臟、糊版、網點擴展,影響印刷產質量量。
(1) Ink stickiness is too large, ink is elongated at the outlet of ink roll, which is easy to produce flying ink. At the same time, it will make the ink transfer uneven, making the paper dehairing and dedusting, paper peeling from rubber cloth difficult, easy to pattern, offset and so on; too small stickiness, poor ink layer unity, easy to produce flying ink, and easy to emulsify ink, float dirt, paste plate, dot expansion, affecting the quality of printing.
(2)墨輥上墨層愈厚,飛墨愈大。打樣在銅版紙上,墨層厚度在1.2μm時,版上油墨只需抵達2.8g/m2就行;但用膠版紙印刷,版上油墨少要抵達4g/m2。遇到紙張性能對油墨黏附力不好的狀況,易構成墨輥堆墨,從而產生飛墨。

(3) 墨輥外表凹凸不平及外表干結龜裂時,局部油墨層加厚,墨霧量增大,易產生飛墨。

3. 如何消弭飛墨

(1) 選用的耐醇類油墨,使其順應高速印刷。

(2) 定期將膠輥拆下來徹底清洗,使墨輥墨層平均,傳墨性能進步。
(2) Remove the cots regularly and thoroughly clean them, so that the ink layer of the roller is averaged and the ink transmission performance is improved.
(3) 酒精濃度控制在10%-15%之間,過低或過高都不適合。
(3) The concentration of alcohol should be controlled between 10% and 15%, too low or too high is not suitable.
(4) 水斗液用量不宜過大,否則構成墨絲變短,不利印刷。

(5) 在油墨中參與電解質時,飛墨會減少,隨電解質的參與,導電度增加,飛墨現象會完好消逝。
