（1） Prepress preparation for album printing
I.掌握畫冊印刷工藝要求
1. Master the printing process requirements of picture album
(1)熟悉標準樣本(貨樣)。包括樣本的色彩狀況，圖像的主要特征及主要技術要求。
(1) Familiar with standard sample. Including the color status of the sample, the main characteristics of the image and the main technical requirements.
(2)審核印刷色序，如有不妥應提出修改意見。
(2) Review the printing color sequence, if there is something wrong, put forward suggestions for modification.
(3)了解承印材料的主要性能特點。
(3) Understand the main performance characteristics of printing materials.
(4)掌握所用油墨、溶劑的主要性能。
(4) Master the main performance of ink and solvent.
(5)版面設計、尺寸大小、位置關系、套準精度及印刷壓力要求。
(5) Layout design, size, position relationship, registration accuracy and printing pressure requirements.
2.準備工作檢查
2. Preparation check
·單張印刷印版檢查。各色版有無損傷，印版尺寸是否符合要求。
·Sheet printing plate inspection. Whether the color plate is damaged, and whether the plate size meets the requirements.
·印版滾筒檢查。各色印版滾筒的標志是否清晰，測量各印版滾筒的周長以選擇滾筒齒輪。
·Plate cylinder inspection. Whether the mark of each color plate cylinder is clear, measure the circumference of each plate cylinder to select the cylinder gear.
·檢查軸承質量。軸承間隙必須在規(guī)定范圍內，軸承表面清潔并加潤滑油。
·Check the bearing quality. The bearing clearance must be within the specified range, and the bearing surface must be clean and lubricated.
·承印材料、油墨、助劑等質量檢查。
·Quality inspection of printing materials, inks, auxiliaries, etc.
3.印刷機的清理與檢查
3. Cleaning and inspection of printing press
當印刷機剛印完一批活件后還未完全清理干凈時應對設備進行清理檢查，主要部位如下:
When the printing machine has just finished printing a batch of live parts and has not been completely cleaned up, the equipment shall be cleaned and inspected. The main parts are as follows:
A.取下卷筒料軸，檢查其有無破損。
A. Remove the reel shaft and check whether it is damaged.
B.清理墨盤、墨斗中的油墨。
B. Clean the ink in the ink tray and ink bucket.
C.清洗墨泵和軟管。
C. Clean the ink pump and hose.
D.清洗墨輥。
D. Clean the ink roller.
E.清洗印版滾簡和網紋輥。
E. Cleaning plate barrel and anilox roller.
