1、油墨中的連結(jié)料組分能夠和空氣中的氧發(fā)生氧化還原反應(yīng)，于空氣中暴露時間過長當(dāng)然就會被氧化，出現(xiàn)結(jié)皮現(xiàn)象。

4、印刷機長時間停機時：

①沒有清洗墨路，造成在墨輥和墨斗中結(jié)皮，在工作中一定注意當(dāng)較長時間停機的時候要將墨路清洗干凈，當(dāng)停機時間不是很長的時候，可以選擇在墨路上噴涂防結(jié)皮劑。

① If the ink path is not cleaned, it will cause skin formation in the ink roller and ink bucket. In the work, pay attention to clean the ink path when it is shut down for a long time, and spray anti skin agent on the ink path when it is not shut down for a long time.

②暫時不用的裸露在空氣中放置，時間一長表面就會出現(xiàn)厚厚的氧化膜。我們在印刷廠都會有這樣的經(jīng)驗，當(dāng)從墨盒或是墨桶中向外盛墨的時候。

5、要盡量的將表面保持一個平的狀態(tài)，這樣做的道理就是盡量減少油墨和空氣的接觸面積，這樣即使結(jié)膜后浪費也會盡可能的小。

6、再就是將剩下的用保護膜重新蓋上，阻斷與空氣的接觸，這樣也能很好的防止的結(jié)皮現(xiàn)象。
