印刷只是對制版質量的檢驗,然而在印版質量穩定的前提下,由于印刷工人的掉以輕心,同樣不能得到理想的印刷品,反而會造成更大的浪費,出現次品或廢品。
Printing is only a test of plate-making quality. However, on the premise of stable plate quality, because the printers are not careful, they can not get the ideal printed matter, on the contrary, it will lead to greater waste and produce inferior or waste products.
在批量印刷前,應先固定好印刷網版倒入油墨試印,檢查版面圖文復制的層次、墨色、墨層厚薄、規格、套準精度等。若套準精度較差,可以根據框架前面的微調旋鈕進行調整;若油墨的色相不對,檢查是否用錯油墨,并立即更換;若著墨不良,可用溶劑擦拭印版圖文部分,使油墨的透過性能及對承印物的潤濕性得到一定的改善;若圖文的階調和層次有較大差異,則應立即更換印刷網版。在印刷過程中必須注意如下幾點。

If there are great differences in the level of reconciliation, the printing screen should be replaced immediately. In the process of printing, the following points must be paid attention to.
(1)勤看規矩。由于版框在印刷時來回不停地運動,使印版與框架在往返運行中受到碰撞及震動,二者間發生小小的位移,就出現套印不準確的現象,影響產品的外觀質量。因此要勤看規矩,及時發現,及時調整。
(1) Watch the rules diligently. Because the plate frame keeps moving back and forth during printing, the plate and the frame are collided and vibrated in the round trip operation. A small displacement occurs between the plate and the frame, which results in imprecise overprinting and affects the appearance quality of the product. Therefore, we should be diligent in observing the rules, discovering them in time and adjusting them in time.
(2)常檢查樣張。發現印刷品印跡缺墨,應立即用干凈的棉布擦拭網版。這種情況多數是由于印版上粘有碎塑料膜或油墨結皮干燥堵塞網版所致。若發現墨色不勻或變得淺淡,可能是油墨粘度過大,應立即停機用溶劑稀釋油墨的粘度,同時用汽油擦拭版面的圖文部分,防止滲墨或堵網,以便于連續工作。
(2) Examine samples frequently. If ink deficiency is found in printed matter, the screen plate should be wiped with clean cotton cloth immediately. This situation is mostly due to the sticking of crushed plastic film or ink crust on the printing plate to dry and clog the screen plate. If the ink color is uneven or light, it may be that the ink viscosity is too high. Solvent should be stopped immediately to dilute the ink viscosity. At the same time, gasoline should be used to wipe the graphic and textual parts of the layout to prevent ink penetration or blocking, so as to facilitate continuous work.
(3)半成品的堆放要整齊。在半成品的堆放過程中,一定要使紙的兩邊下垂疊放。否則紙張由于本身的重力作用而形成上弓形,紙的兩邊上翹而不平坦,印刷時造成紙張傳遞困難,常會出現斷張現象。紙垛不平時,可用硬紙板墊平,同時紙垛的高度要經常用分紙機構的調節旋鈕進行調整,以便紙張傳遞順暢,印刷過程順利進行。
(3) The stockpiling of semi-finished products should be neat. In the process of stacking semi-finished products, the two sides of paper must be sagged and stacked. Otherwise, due to the gravity of the paper itself, it will form an upward bow, and the two sides of the paper will be warped and uneven, which will make the paper difficult to transfer and often lead to tension breakage. When the stack is uneven, it can be padded with cardboard. At the same time, the height of the stack should be adjusted by the adjusting knob of the paper splitting mechanism so that the paper can be transferred smoothly and the printing process can be carried out smoothly.
