包裝紙箱的分類標準是怎樣的?

按紙質(zhì)不同,有瓦楞紙箱、單層紙板箱等。紙箱常用的有三層、五層,七層使用較少,各層分為里紙、瓦楞紙、芯紙、面紙,面紙有茶板紙、牛皮紙,芯紙用瓦楞紙,各種紙的顏色和手感都不一樣,不同廠家生產(chǎn)的紙(顏色、手感)也不一樣。不同波紋形狀的瓦楞,粘結(jié)成的瓦楞紙板的功能也有所不同。即使使用同樣質(zhì)量的面紙和里紙,由于楞形的差異,構(gòu)成的瓦楞紙板的性能也有一定區(qū)別。它們的技術(shù)指標和要求見表一。A型楞制成的瓦楞紙板具有較好的緩沖性,富有一定的彈性,C型楞較A型楞次之。但挺度和抗沖擊性優(yōu)于A型楞;B型楞排列密度大,制成的瓦楞紙板表面平整,承壓力高,適于印刷;E型楞由于薄而密,更呈現(xiàn)了它的剛強度。

Even with the same quality of face paper and lining paper, the performance of the corrugated board is different due to the difference of the corrugated shape. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. Corrugated cardboard made of type A corrugated board has better cushioning property and certain elasticity, followed by type C corrugated board and type A corrugated board. But stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-type corrugates; B-type corrugates are arranged densely, the surface of corrugated cardboard is flat, the pressure is high, and it is suitable for printing; E-type corrugates show its rigidity and strength because of its thin and dense.
