1、 UV glazing for label printing
上光工藝主要應(yīng)用于鏡面銅版紙、 銅版紙類標(biāo)簽的表面涂布, 目的是增加其表面的光澤 度,并達(dá)到防污、防潮濕、保護(hù)圖紋的作用。根據(jù)加工方式,不干膠標(biāo)簽材料的上光分為單 張紙上光和卷筒紙上光,其中卷筒紙上光是不干膠標(biāo)簽印刷工藝中較普遍采用的方法。

1、上光油質(zhì)量的檢定

UV 上光油品種多,都有一定的儲存周期,并且對環(huán)境有一定的要求,所以,使川用前 應(yīng)檢查一下上光油的顏色及其定量涂布后的干燥情況, 以及添加劑的匹配情況, 還要注意觀 察與所用的印刷油墨是否有反應(yīng)。一般要求行上光試驗(yàn),而后再投入正常生產(chǎn)。

UV 上光油的流平特性不如溶劑型上光油,若涂布量太大就會使上光后的表面出現(xiàn)條 紋, 影響光反射效果。 涂布量過大還會使上光油干燥不徹底, 僅表層干燥, 造成復(fù)卷后粘連。
