智能物流系統包括智能WMS(倉儲管理系統)、外部物流、內部物流。外部物流接到生產企業的指令,進行生產材料的運輸,在生產企業入庫時,每個物料都會有自己的身份標識;內部物流的指令由ERP系統、MES(生產制造執行系統)發出,AGV智能小車依據指令將在不同加工狀態下的物料準確運送到下一個加工點或返回上層工序。

External logistics receives instructions from manufacturing enterprises to transport production materials. 企業管理軟件是智能印刷工廠的大腦。企業的資源調配、訂單管理由ERP系統執行;訂單的具體生產、設備的調配、每個生產單元(或智能設備)的能力管控及加工任務的分配則均由MES執行,MES會依據各生產單元的歷史數據及生產單元自我分析、運行的數據做出判斷。

作為智能生產設備,印刷包裝設備具備如下功能:全自動上下卷技術、全自動裁切技術、智能預套印技術、智能自動上下墨技術、智能自動清洗技術、智能數據管理技術以及與云服務中心對接的技術。此外,印刷包裝設備還具備自我分析和診斷能力,其自身運行、訂單完成及與下道工序的對接均通過MES控制,能自動讀寫并完成工藝參數的設定。因此,設備操作人員只是起到監督檢查的作用,這樣企業就可以減少50%的操作人員。

隨著工業4.0的逐步實施,印刷包裝設備自身運行、訂單完成及與下道工序的對接將不再直接通過MES控制,而是在設備之間就能實現,當設備之間的協調不能完全銜接時,才會自動切換到MES統一協調,方式可能是工廠內的,也可能是跨區域或跨的。
