膠印工藝過程中,需求用水潤濕印版版面,水是極性分子,油是非極性分子,由于用水潤濕印版,就會(huì)呈現(xiàn)油墨乳化現(xiàn)象,將油墨乳化控制在10-30%范圍內(nèi),水份的聚析和蒸發(fā)速度對(duì)印跡的枯燥是有親密關(guān)系的。由于水分子是極性很強(qiáng)的物質(zhì),水分的存在可以障礙油分子的氧化聚合成膜,就會(huì)影響印跡的枯燥速度,環(huán)境濕度的上下對(duì)水份蒸發(fā)速度將會(huì)起到一定作用的。環(huán)境濕度增高,空氣中的氧的活動(dòng)性也會(huì)削弱,降低了油墨對(duì)氧的吸人,同時(shí)油墨墨膜內(nèi)層乳化的水分也使墨膜軟化,從而使油墨的枯燥速度減慢。所以說在膠印過程中要控制好水墨均衡,在不臟版的前提下,運(yùn)用盡量少的水分,從而減少油墨的乳化,油墨中含水量幾,對(duì)印跡枯燥關(guān)系是十分親密的。
