一、臟版
I. Dirty Edition
1、隨著墨輥與印版間接觸壓力太小，使傳水不暢和不平均，版面墨大水小形成臟版現象。

處理辦法：這時應調整好它們間的接觸壓力。

處理辦法：調整好壓力。

2、版面潤版液供應量太大招致花版。

3、潤版液酸性太大會毀壞印版外表惹起花版毛病。

處理辦法：沖淡水容液濃度，降低其ph值。普通ps版的ph值以5－5.5之間為宜。
