印鐵油墨印刷外部的物理問題

1、高溫烘烤后油墨變色

1. Ink discoloration after high temperature baking
印鐵油墨屬于熱固化油墨,對其技術請求其中一條就是高溫烘烤后顏色不變。但在實踐消費中,有些色相的油墨經烘烤后還是或多或少有些變色,例如,白墨、沖淡墨以及用大量白墨、沖淡墨分配而成的墨等,這些油墨經屢次烘烤會發(fā)作黃變,特別是用大量沖淡劑分配出的專色墨,屢次烘烤后顏色變化會很大。例如,用大量沖淡劑參加藍墨分配而成的淺藍專,屢次烘烤后淺藍專可能變成深藍專。工藝籌劃者在制定印刷工藝時就應該充沛思索,盡量把這些京屢次烘烤變色的油墨放在后印刷。

印刷后一道工序是上光油,上光油的目的一是為了維護圖案,避免損傷;二是進步光澤度,增加美觀。普通來說,印鐵光油經高溫烘烤后都會黃變,加之光油層對光的反射率變大,所以上光后油墨的顏色普通會比上光前亮些。但是有些光油含有增白劑,在光照下顯藍色,因而運用這種光油的產品上光后油墨顏色會比原來偏藍,總體色相是油墨自身顏色與光油偏藍色的疊加。

印鐵金、銀墨是由金、鋁等金屬粉末來顯色的。其中印鐵金墨是由經研磨加工的銅粉調制而成的印刷油墨;印鐵銀墨是由經研磨加工的鋁粉調制而成的油墨。印鐵金、銀墨中金銀粉的化學性能普通不夠穩(wěn)定,當遇到酸、堿、水汽、硫化物氣體和碳酸氣體時,就會產生化學反響,使印品墨色缺乏金屬色澤。其中金屬的變色規(guī)律是由金黃色變成棕紅色,繼而變成偏黑色。由于銅在初氧化時可生成紅色氧化亞銅,進一步氧化后便變成黑色氧化銅;此外,金粉在含碳酸氣較濃及濕氣較大的工藝條件下,容易變成堿式碳酸銅,于是印品上的金墨遍逐步變暗。銀墨變色之后則成偏灰色,缺乏銀光金屬質感。

Silver and ink turn grey after discoloration, lacking the silvery metallic texture.
4、印刷墨層厚度不同

我們曉得,同一個油墨印刷厚度不同,其表現出來的顏色也不同。在實踐印刷中,墨層的厚度是靠印刷壓力和墨量幾來控制的,普通來說,印刷壓力調理合理后是不會改動的,因而,印刷中墨層的厚度和平均性是經過控制墨量幾來完成的。國內大多數印鐵機還是靠手工調理給墨量螺絲來控制給墨量的,由于人為調理遭到很多要素的影響,所以印刷出的墨層可能厚度不平均,油墨的顏色也會深淺不一,色相與規(guī)范色稿有差別。
