Common Packaging Materials
單粉
Single powder
1.常用紙盒資料，紙張厚度從80g到400g各種厚度，更高厚度則要兩張對裱。
1. Commonly used carton materials, paper thickness from 80 g to 400 g of all kinds of thickness, higher thickness is required for two pairs of mounting.
2.紙張一面亮光，一面亞光，只要光面能夠印刷。
2. Paper has a bright side and a matte side, as long as the smooth side can be printed.
3.對印刷顏色無限制。

雙銅
Double copper
1.常用紙盒資料，紙張厚度從80g到400g各種厚度，更高厚度則要兩張對裱。

2.兩面均為光面，可雙面印刷。

瓦楞紙
Corrugated paper
1.常用的有單瓦楞紙和雙瓦楞紙

2.重量輕，構造性能好，承重才能強，能防潮。
2. Light weight, good structural performance, strong load-bearing ability, moisture-proof.
3.能完成各種顏色的印刷，但效果不如單粉和雙銅。

紙板
cardboard
1.常用于制造禮盒構造，外表裱一層單粉紙或特種紙。
1. Usually used to make gift box structure, with a single layer of powder paper or special paper mounted on the surface.
2.常用顏色有黑、白、灰、黃，厚度依照承重需求選擇。
2. Commonly used colors are black, white, grey and yellow. Thickness is selected according to load-bearing requirements.
3.若裱的是單粉，則印刷工藝與單粉分歧；若是特種紙，大局部只能燙印，局部可完成簡單印刷。

特種紙
Specialty paper
1.特種紙品種繁多，包裝資料上常用的有：壓紋紙、花紋紙、金銀箔紙等。

2.這些紙經過特殊的處置，能夠提升包裝的質感和層次。

3.壓紋紙和花紋紙都不能印刷，金紙等能夠四色印刷。

復合袋
Compound bag
1.復合袋適用于食品、茶葉、電子產品、化工、醫藥等產品的真空包裝或普通包裝。

2.可做的工藝跟紙張根本相同，能夠絲印、印刷、燙印。

吸塑
Blister
1.吸塑是一種透明材質，主要原料為PVC、PE或PET。
1. Plastic absorption is a transparent material, the main raw materials are PVC, PE or PET.
2.可直接交換紙張做成盒子，也可配合紙卡成型。
2. Paper can be exchanged directly to make boxes, or can be formed with paper cards.
3.能夠絲印、印刷，也可燙印。

4.能夠上機印刷，但印刷廢品較高，小量消費普通只用絲印。

OPP袋
OPP bag
1.OPP袋子是拉伸性的聚丙烯，屬于塑料的一種，其實就是塑料袋。

2.裝外盒前，產品先套個OPP袋，顯得潔凈衛生。

3.具有透明度高、較脆等特性，還可依據需求印刷各種圖案及打孔。

熱收縮袋
Heat shrinkable bag
1.這是一種抵達一定溫度收縮性很強的袋子，用來維護包裝。

2.只是用來維護包裝，不做其他工藝。
2. Maintenance of packaging only, not other processes.

02 Printing Technology for Packaging Materials
四色印刷
Four colour printing
四色即：青（C）、品紅（M）、黃（Y）、黑（K），一切顏色都能夠經過這四種油墨混合而成，終完成彩色圖文。
Four colors are: green (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), black (K), all colors can be mixed through these four kinds of ink, and finally complete the color image and text.
專色印刷
Spot color printing
專色是指在印刷時用一種特定的油墨來印刷該種顏色，專色顏色很多，常用的是專金、專銀，可參考潘通色卡，但專色無法完成突變印刷。
Spot color refers to the use of a specific ink to print the color. Spot color has many colors. It is commonly used in gold and special silver. It can refer to Pantong color card, but spot color can not complete mutation printing.
覆膜
Film mulching
印刷之后，用透明塑料薄膜貼到印刷品外表有光膜和亞膜兩種，起到維護及增加光澤的作用，同時能增加紙張的硬度和抗拉性能。
After printing, there are two kinds of transparent plastic film pasted on the surface of printed matter: glossy film and sub-film, which can maintain and increase gloss, and at the same time increase the hardness and tensile properties of paper.
UV印刷
UV printing
印刷品需求突出的部位停止部分上光提亮，使部分圖案更有平面效果。
Printing needs prominent parts stop part of the brightening, so that some patterns more plane effect.
燙印
Hot stamping
燙印是應用熱壓的原理，在印刷品外表構成特殊的金屬光澤效果。燙印只能是單色。
Hot stamping is the application of the principle of hot pressing, in the printed surface to form a special metallic luster effect. Hot stamping can only be monochrome.
擊凸
Striking
采用一組圖文陰陽對應的凹模版和凸模板，將承印物置于其間，經過施加壓力壓出浮雕狀的凹凸效果。各種厚度的紙張都能夠，紙板做不了擊凸。
A set of gravure and convex templates corresponding to Yin and yang are used to place the impression between them and press out the relief concave and convex effect by applying pressure. Paper of all thicknesses can be made without bumping cardboard.
噴碼
Spurt code
應用噴碼機在產品上噴印標識（消費日期、保質期、批號、企業logo等），能夠噴印簡單的字符圖案，靈敏性強。
The application of jet printer in product printing logo (consumption date, shelf life, batch number, enterprise logo, etc.) can print simple character patterns with high sensitivity.
