(1)畫冊印刷時，由于油墨的粘著力太小，再加上紙張表面比較光滑，導致墨層和紙張表面不能很好的貼合，進一步導致墨層從紙面上擦落。

(3)使用的油墨乳化嚴重，不但降低粘度，干燥速度，增大滲透量，更重要的是乳化了的油墨結膜后不能與紙面很好的結合，附著力較差，而且膜層堅固程度極差，輕微的擦動就會使膜層破裂而脫落。
